How Did Pro Carpet Come To Be?
Setting The Standard For Excellence
Pro Carpet was founded in 1993 by Greg Cole. Greg started his career in carpet cleaning at the ground floor as a technician. He worked for numerous carpet cleaning companies, both small and large. During this time, he observed a trend of poor business practices. Most of these companies emphasized getting money from the customers without worry in regards to ethics or customer satisfaction. Too often, these companies also used bait-and-switch tactics and employed technicians with little training and no background checks. Due to these business practices, these companies were frequently overwhelmed with high technician turnover and customer complaints.
Having observed these issues, Greg realized the industry was in need of a reliable, honest, and integrity-based carpet cleaning company. That need was met when Greg then began Pro Carpet.
